I’ve never had a pool table delivered, so I am unsure of what to do in this situation. Thanks!
No tip required or called for by any means.
The cost of delivery, table purchase, and assembly, are ALL included in your bill —and THEN some —-believe me!

This house is about fifty years old and the floors are original and sturdy. I have a very heavy antique pool table that weighs about 2000 pounds, 10 feet by four and a half feet. My wife says it will fall through the floor. I think it is ok because the weight will be distributed.
What I have done many times for people is crawl under the house with a few pier pads and a couple of posts and beams and shore up more………or just clip beams in between existing beams just to be safe, with metal hangers and nails………better safe than a screwed up floor it only takes a couple of hours……and you might just have the old lumber in the back yd. nite

We have a tri level house and want to move our pool table from the 3rd level up 6 stairs to the 2nd level out the front doors and into the garage. Anyone know how much that would cost?
….It would COST what you could get some people to do it for……..??????……..They are very heavy, if it's a good slate table, if you didn't already know……all I can do .

My three kids took white candles and wrote on the green felt of our pool table. How do I get it clean? Can I use a damp cloth or will I have to stare at the drawings for all time?
You might want to try a dry cloth on top of the wax area, and then iron over the area. The hot iron will melt the wax and the cloth will absorb most of the wax. If you don't get all the wax off the first time, redo it with a clean cloth. Use an old towel, as you will probably have to throw it away after you are done.
There are a lot of household cleaning agents that will remove any residue of the wax. Just read the labels to see if they clean up wax.

This questions is for bar owners, managers, or someone who can give a good estimate . This number will vary because several factors, please just provide an average for the 7 days of the week. I am planning on opening a bar with some pool tables and I would like to know about how much I can profit from every table. Thanks.
If halfway active $120-$150 per table per week
Some more some less It really depends on if you promote them -Tourns or whatever-Some bars dont make squat they just let them set there

I am building a pool table out of barn lumber that has been planned. The coloring of the wood is much better than kiln dried. I am giving it a very elegant design and it will have small stone arrowheads embedded for the rail sights. I haven't finished yet. I was wondering what I should price it at?
I'd say maybe 50-75$$$$ but thats just my opinion!

Am space planning a room and need to figure out how many feet I need beyond the table so the pool cues dont hit the wall.
Thanks!
Add ten feet to the dimensions of your pool table. For example if your table is 4' x 8' then the minimum size room would be 14' x 18' . This gives you 5 feet of room all the way around the table which is enough room to shoot any shot with a standard size 58'' pool cue. Of course a bigger room would mean more comfort but this is the minimum. Good luck to ya!
