I'm sure there are still plenty of people on rec.sports.billiards and I hear inside pool magazine has a fairly active forum. I would also speak to Wei Chao, the site administrator for cuetable.com. The forums are great, but it also helps if you can contribute semi-regularly to them so people keep you in mind. Also, check out local or regional tournaments and pool rooms. Maybe they'll let you display some of your stuff there. Also talk to online retailers like Muellers that sell similar items. Trade shows like the Super Billiards Expo that's coming up in a couple weeks are good too. I agree with Jude.
