I would also talk to your uncle to make sure its ok. Cause once its set up, if he wants to move it someday, it will be twice as much work. Then after all is discussed either they will let you or they won't. And you will have to respect their wishes. I would bet if you tell them how much it means to you and are willing to pay for it, it will work out...As long as they have the room in their house. Good luck!
