There are products specifically made to clean pool table fabric.
"Felt Rescue" is formulated to remove the most common stains that might be found on table felt. If the stain has dried, you should first go over the stained area and remove any chalk dust using a felt brush and a vacuum. This is important because wetted chalk will harden and change the way the felt plays. Then lightly mist the stain with Felt Rescue and blot with clean white terry towels. Repeat till the stain is improved or removed.
References :
DO NOT USE SOAPY WATER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the soap will dry into the felt and make it worse. Just WARM water, not hot, and a rag and dab it, let it dry, and brush it with a table brush. I work at a bar I've dealt with this a million times with sticky drinks and beer.
References :
Well I'm not sure about that. Try to use some wet Paper towels and if That doesn't work then try to find some Clorox Wipes. I'm not sure If I know anything else. Sorry but I hope you get your table back like it was. Oh Maybe use a Small Towel And Soak it in Warm Water for 2 to 3 minutes and try to wipe it off.
References :
I would start with something mild like water and if that does not work, go with something like soap and water, or even a carpet cleaner like resolve...
